Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for events operated by Niteflix. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

All tickets are subject to availability.
A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.
Tickets must be retained and presented for entry, whether in printed or digital form.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person holding an invalid, altered, duplicated, copied, damaged, or fraudulent ticket.

2. Admission and Entry

Gates open 90 minutes before showtime unless otherwise stated.
Please arrive in good time to allow for parking, admission, and settling in before the screening begins.
No re-entry is permitted once admission has been gained.
Admission is only valid for the date, event, and ticket type shown on the ticket.
Late arrival may affect admission and entry may be delayed or refused where necessary for operational, licensing, or safety reasons.

3. Ticket Types

VIP, Standard, Family, Child, or any other ticket categories are valid only for the admission category purchased.
Family tickets are valid only for the number of guests and age ranges stated at the time of purchase.
Where child pricing applies, proof of age may be requested.
Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

4. Non-Transferability and Resale

Tickets are non-transferable.
Tickets may not be resold, exchanged for value, used in promotions, or transferred to another person without the prior written permission of Niteflix.
Any ticket sold or transferred in breach of these terms may be cancelled without refund.

5. Seating and Viewing

Unless expressly stated otherwise, tickets grant admission to the event and do not guarantee a specific seat, space, pitch, or viewing position.
Guests must follow all steward and event staff instructions regarding parking, seating, placement, and safe use of the venue.
Niteflix reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event layout, viewing arrangements, or site setup where required.

6. Event Schedule and Showtime

All published showtimes, running times, and schedules are subject to change.
Niteflix reserves the right to alter screening times, running order, supporting content, or event format where reasonably necessary.
Changes may be made for operational, licensing, safety, technical, venue, or weather-related reasons.

7. Outdoor Event Conditions

Niteflix events are outdoor events and will generally proceed in normal weather conditions.
Guests are responsible for dressing appropriately for weather conditions and outdoor attendance.
The event may be delayed, interrupted, paused, postponed, or cancelled where severe weather or safety concerns make this necessary.
No refund will be due for discomfort, inconvenience, or reduced enjoyment caused by normal weather conditions.

8. Refunds, Cancellations and Postponements

Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, Niteflix will provide details of any refund or transfer arrangements that apply.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.
Niteflix reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue restrictions, technical failure, licensing issues, safety concerns, supplier failure, or force majeure.

9. Behaviour and Safety

All guests must behave in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner at all times.
Abusive, threatening, dangerous, disorderly, or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
Any person whose conduct may cause harm, nuisance, disruption, or risk to others may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.
All guests must comply with venue rules, safety requirements, fire procedures, signage, and instructions from event staff and security personnel.

10. Vehicles and Driver Responsibility

Where vehicle attendance is part of the event format, vehicles must be parked only as directed by event staff.
Drivers remain fully responsible for their vehicle, passengers, and conduct at all times.
Vehicle lights must be switched off when requested and any engine-use restrictions must be followed.
Niteflix accepts no responsibility for battery drain, vehicle issues, or damage not caused by its negligence.

11. Photography and Filming

Niteflix may photograph or film events for promotional, operational, or security purposes.
By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in incidental background photography or video recordings.
Anyone with specific concerns should speak to event staff on arrival.
Unauthorised professional recording of the film, event, or screening is prohibited.

12. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking all booking details carefully before attending.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their booking contact details are accurate and up to date.
Niteflix is not responsible for travel, accommodation, fuel, or other indirect or consequential costs unless required by law.

13. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the booking process will be used for ticketing, event administration, customer service, and event communications.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
Contact details may be used to notify customers about important event updates, changes, or operational information.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Subject to the above, Niteflix shall not be liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience except to the extent caused by its negligence or other legal responsibility that cannot be excluded.
Personal property is brought to the event at the owner’s risk.

15. Changes to These Terms

Niteflix reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The terms in force at the time of booking will generally apply, unless a change is required for legal, regulatory, safety, or operational reasons.
